1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any tutoring course, booking consultation sessions, or utilizing the advisory services of Akademi Commerce ("we", "us", "our", "Akademi Commerce"), you ("student", "parent", "client", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Tutoring Schedules & Attendance
All tutoring classes (Class 11-12, B.Com, CA Foundation, Stock Market Mastery) are scheduled in fixed batches.
- Students are expected to arrive or log on on-time for scheduled classes.
- In case of a planned absence, students must notify Sreejan at least 24 hours in advance.
- Make-up classes for missed sessions are provided at Sreejan's sole discretion and subject to batch availability.
3. Payments & Billing
All fees for coaching, courses, and consultancy must be paid in full or in agreed installments on or before the due date specified during enrollment.
- Payments can be made via Cash, Bank Transfer, or UPI.
- Monthly tuition fees must be cleared within the first week of each calendar month.
- Fees paid for course modules, study materials, or consultancy packages are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, formula booklets, case study worksheets, test materials, and digital guides provided during your training remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sreejan's Akademi Commerce. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of these materials without Sreejan's explicit written permission.
5. Disclaimer & Liability Limitation
While Akademi Commerce and Sreejan strive to deliver the highest standard of coaching and stock market training:
- We make no guarantees regarding specific academic marks, exam success, or stock market trading profitability.
- All stock market charting, analysis, and trading models are taught for educational purposes only. Any financial trades you place in live markets are at your own financial risk.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal, India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata.
